Project Description:
Convert entire complex (internally & externally) to LED lighting including landscaping lighting and automated lighting controls. (23,000 square feet situated on five (5) acres)
Contract Scope:
Furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment for the installation of the following project work.
- Purchase LED lighting fixtures and associated materials
- Install LED lighting fixtures and associated materials where designated
- Convert legacy fluorescent and HID lighting to LED lighting
- Removal of old lighting fixtures and associated materials
- Recycle removed lighting fixtures and lamps or dispose of lighting fixtures and lamps as directed by client
- Perform work in compliance with all industry and safety standards
- Clean area after installation
