Project Description:
Convert from T12 fluorescent lighting to more energy efficient T8 fluorescent lighting (Retrofit project involving new ballasts, tombstones and lamps) (100,000 square feet)
Contract Scope:
Furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment for the installation of the following project work.
- Purchase ballasts, lamps, tombstones and associated materials
- Install ballast, lamps and tombstones and associated materials where designated
- Convert 3 lamp fixtures to 2 lamp configuration
- Removal of lamps, ballasts and associated materials
- Recycle lamps and ballasts
- Perform work in compliance with all industry standards
- Clean area after installation
