Project Description:
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) – Advanced Lighting Project for the Ronald Dellums Federal Building (1.1 million square feet)

Contract Scope:
Install interior lighting fixtures, lighting controls (occupancy and daylight harvesting sensors), lighting control panels, exit signs, components, lamps and ballasts and demolition and disposal of replaced existing fixtures. Replace existing troffer fixtures with workstation specific suspended fixtures with integrated sensors. Install telecommunication wiring from lighting fixtures to computer controlled devices. In addition, perform commissioning for lighting fixtures, motion and photo sensors, lighting management control system operating under the DALI ballasts protocol. Install design build local area network to provide remote access to internal servers with connectivity to the internet.
